The event will explore how climate change is already impacting on public health, and what we can do to build resilience and change into what we do and how we live.

This event is aimed at anyone interested in public health, the built environment, transport planning, sustainable food, fuel poverty, housing, using green spaces to promote health and adaptation to meet climate change. Also those working in public health, planners, transport planners, elected members interested in health, health and wellbeing board members. In attending this event you will gain an introduction to the recently launched Sustainable Development Strategy (supported by NHS England, Public Health England and Local Government Association), inspiration from the Incredible Edible project in Todmorden and an opportunity to join two workshops on the areas that interest you most.

Registration and coffee will be from 09.15 to 09.40 and the event will run from 09.45 to 15.30. The event will be held at the Nottingham Conference Centre, Burton Street, Nottingham NG1 4BU.
